Maria hails from the heart of New York, but relocated to North Carolina with her family in 2018. She has worked in the service industry since she was 9 years old, and has always known that the heart behind every business is their guests.

Evyn grew up in the Green Mountains of Vermont, but moved to Charlotte in 2021 to start a new adventure. She has been involved in the restaurant industry since she was 16, and has made it the goal to always put the customer first. 

Stella Girl is a 3 year old pocket pit bully pup, who loves to jump, hug, cuddle, and love on her family. Stella was rescued at 6 weeks old, and has since become a vital member of the Hernandez family. 

Raleigh Boy is a 9 year old pitbull-chow chow mix; he loves treats, belly rubs, and people watching out Mom's window. Raleigh was rescued at 9 years old, and has been the love of Evyn's life since.
